I undertake building certification services for private clients and new build contractors who require an alternative indemnity to the NHBC certificate if the contractor is not registered with the organisation. This often provides an effective marketing tool for small scale developers.

Building certification may be undertaken on both new build and conversion projects.

In many instances the certification process is required for private clients constructing their own property following a request from their funding institution, (usually the Clients' Mortgagor) for a Chartered Surveyor to oversee the construction works.
